About NAHPA

Who we are

NAHPA is an independent non-profit association dedicated to advancing access to histotripsy and innovative cancer treatment technologies.

We bring together medical professionals, hospitals, researchers, healthcare organisations, foundations and other stakeholders around a shared ambition: responsible innovation and meaningful patient access.

Our ambition is to help bridge the gap between emerging medical technologies and the patients who may benefit from them.

Understanding histotripsy

A focused ultrasound approach

Histotripsy is a non-invasive technology that uses focused ultrasound pulses to mechanically disrupt targeted tissue.

Our perspective

Knowledge. Collaboration. Access.

We support informed dialogue and responsible clinical evaluation. Treatment decisions remain with qualified healthcare professionals and the relevant healthcare institutions.
